We are seeking to hire a highly motivated Director of Charter Sales for our Lakewood NJ location
The primary responsibility of our Director of Charter Sales is to:
- Lead team of Charter Brokers and OPS Division
- Generate personal charter sales according to set targets
- Develop & grow personal client book of business and expand conversion rate for bookings in order to grow the business
- Provide fast & effective service and ensure seven-star service for our clients
- Respond to client enquiries and requests
- Work with Director of Sales/Revenue and team members to build and achieve department goals and performance targets
- Pro-actively target your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and client visits
- Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
- Determine the specific needs of each customer, generate pricing on appropriate aircraft, and tailor a bespoke experience for each flight
- Manage trips from initial charter request to post-flight follow-up
- Obtain and generate quotes based on unique customer preferences
- Communicate and build strong relationships with customers, pilots, vendors, and other brokers
- Flight following and logistical coordination. Coordinate trips with relevant authorities (operators, customs, FBOs, etc.). Ability to work and problem solve
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a charter broker
- Previous experience of part 135 operations (preferred)
- Knowledge of Avinode and Flyeasy platforms (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of aircraft, their range, capability, and crewing
- Strong sense of self-confidence with the ability to negotiate and close
- A desire to dig into the position and commitment to building lasting relationships with your team, our members, and operator partners.

The primary responsibility of our Charter Sales Broker is to:
- Generate personal charter sales according to set targets
- Ability to source jets outside of industry platforms when necessary
- Develop & grow personal client book of business and expand conversion rate for bookings in order to grow the business
- Provide fast & effective service and ensure seven-star service for our clients
- Respond to client enquiries and requests
- Work with COO and team members to build and achieve department goals and performance targets
- Pro-actively target your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and client visits
- Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
- Determine the specific needs of each customer, generate pricing on appropriate aircraft, and tailor a bespoke experience for each flight

- Must be able to work flexible shifts including, weekends, nights, and holidays to meet our client’s needs
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a charter broker
- Previous experience of part 135 operations (Required)
- Knowledge of Avinode and Flyeasy platforms (Required)
- Must have a current book of business (Required)

The primary responsibility of our Travel Advisor is to:
- Arrange domestic and international travel itinerary requests for price quotations, VIP travelers, troubleshooting and problem solving for clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Candidate needs to be resourceful and have a very good rapport with airlines, hotel managers and other vendors (Expedia, TripAdvisor, Hotels.com, etc.)
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and dealing with multiple accounts on a day-to-day basis
