If I have a corporate account, can I also book leisure travel for my family? Can other adults in my household access my benefits?
Yes, anyone in our client base can enjoy the same concierge benefits for their business as well as leisure travel. By extension, these privileges also apply to the members of a customer’s immediate family household.
What is the policy regarding last minute changes, bookings, and cancellations?
Change and cancellation policies vary with each airline carrier and/or hotel involved in reservations and bookings. All refunds and/or applicable change fees are governed by the terms and conditions specified by airline carriers and hoteliers.
Please be advised that options to elect for a refundable package are usually an option at the time of booking. Cancellation or change fees may apply to non-refundable reservations.

What if unexpected situations arise during my trip such as illness, bad weather, theft, or family emergencies that impact my planned itinerary or prevent me from traveling?
We offer travel insurance with varying levels of coverage. Please contact your Silverwing Travel Advisor to explore the option that best suits your needs. Further, our team will act as your representative to advocate on your behalf for rescheduling and re-booking reservation changes due to unforeseen occurrences and emergencies.
What is the booking process? How far in advance do I need to book?
While we cannot offer guarantees to fulfill extremely last minute inquiries, our Travel Advisor team is committed to work with your timeline and will make every effort to accommodate late requests.
Will I have a dedicated agent familiar with my personal travel preferences?
Yes, one member of our team will be assigned as the lead on your account. As your primary liaison, your Travel Advisor will work to become an expert on your preferences in order to best serve your interests and anticipate your needs. He/she will be your direct point of contact and oversee all of your travel planning, requests, and preferences, but any member of the team can assist you at any time during office hours.
Is Silverwing exclusively for private and luxury travel only? Can you arrange for tickets to a sold-out show, hard-to-get dinner reservations, etc.?
